Overcome is a 30 day program designed to shed fat and build lean muscle. Through fitness you can overcome anything. Through fitness you can build the strength and confidence to overcome ANYTHING that gets in your way. Life has a funny way of testing us, all of us. You are responsible for building the life skills and strength to overcome the obstacles life throws your way. Through fitness we can strengthen our mind and body. We can build the physical strength and mental fortitude to overcome every battle. Fitness is my outlet. I chose fitness to overcome many things. I chose fitness to overcome fear of the unknown, show up and the rest will come.
